The successful bidder shall be responsible for providing suitable office space for the Authority in Lwengo District and Ntungamo District, in accordance with the specifications outlined in the bidding documents.

The proposed premises must meet Authority’s minimum requirements for size, accessibility, safety, security, lighting, ventilation, and structural integrity.

The office space should be strategically located to ensure easy access for the public and staff and must include adequate utilities such as reliable electricity, clean water supply, sanitation facilities, and provisions for ICT installations.

The landlord shall ensure that the premises are compliant with national building standards, fire and occupational safety regulations, and must be available for immediate occupancy upon contract award.

Additionally, the provider will be responsible for maintaining the property in good condition throughout the lease period and facilitating any necessary modifications required by the Authority to support efficient service delivery.
