The scope of work under this tender covers the supply, delivery, installation (where applicable), and provision of various goods, services, and works required by the Secondary School for the period 2026–2028 under framework contracts and prequalification arrangements.

This includes the supply of school uniforms, foodstuffs, groceries, vegetables, fuel, building and plumbing materials, electrical items, kitchenware, office stationery, sanitary materials, drugs and sundries, ICT equipment, laboratory materials, sports gear, CCTV systems, metallic beds, and a motor vehicle.

It further includes the provision of key services such as repair and maintenance of ICT equipment, school motor vehicles, water pumps, furniture, welding and fabrication, fumigation, security services, fire extinguisher refilling, toilet emptying, and uniform labeling.

All providers shall be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards including UNBS-certified grain products, compliance with PPDA regulations, and provision of professional workmanship as applicable.

The scope also includes submission of all required documentation and participation in the procurement process as stipulated in the tender notice.
