Tender Description:
An International Development Organization committed to strengthening health systems, improving healthcare delivery, and promoting public health initiatives worldwide is seeking independent consultants to conduct an End-User Verification Survey for a health project implemented in Uganda.
Scope of Work:
The selected consultant will be responsible for leading and conducting a comprehensive survey to assess the availability and use of medicines and commodities at 75 selected public and Private Not-for-Profit (PNFP) health facilities across Uganda.
The consultant will facilitate the collection of data according to the Uganda Private Not-for-Profit (PNFP) guidelines, ensuring adherence to Organisation’s End-Use Verification protocols. The consultant will be responsible for designing the survey methodology, coordinating logistics, training data collectors, conducting fieldwork, and analyzing data.
The findings will inform decision-making, support policy formulation, improve disease treatment and prevention initiatives, and assist the Government of Uganda in strengthening case management strategies and the overall health supply chain system.
The consultant will deliver a final report with actionable recommendations for improving disease management and service delivery.
