A State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) in Uganda, invites expressions of interest from qualified firms to participate in the Chiller System Repairs, Extraction System Installation, and Consultancy Services for Broadcasting Cost Assessment
Scope of Work:
The scope of work for these procurements includes the repair of the existing chiller system and the installation of a new office and toilet extraction system at the Commission facilities, ensuring full functionality, safety, and compliance with engineering standards.
It further covers the provision of consultancy services to conduct a comprehensive cost-of-services assessment for Free-to-Air and Pay TV services in Uganda, including data collection, market analysis, benchmarking, evaluation of service delivery costs, and development of evidence-based recommendations to guide regulatory decision-making.
All bidders are expected to adhere to the technical specifications provided in the bidding documents, ensure timely delivery of services, maintain high professional and quality standards, and comply with the PPDA Act and all applicable Commission procurement guidelines.
