Job Description
Backbone Feeds is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and equipment to support production and maintenance operations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fabrication of metal components and structures
- Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications
- Repair and maintain machinery, equipment, and metal structures
- Ensure all welding work meets quality and safety standards
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams
- Carry out any other related duties as assigned
