Job Description
The Warehouse Picker and Packer will play a vital role in the daily operations of the warehouse. This position involves selecting items from inventory based on order requirements, preparing them for dispatch, inspecting incoming stock for quality and accuracy, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The role also includes assisting in stock rotation and supporting inventory control processes. This is a physically active position requiring the ability to work on your feet and handle heavy items as needed.

How to Apply
Pick items accurately from shelves based on order specifications
Pack orders carefully to prevent damage during transport
Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality
Organize and shelve stock correctly within the warehouse
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area
Assist with inventory control and stock rotation
Support other warehouse operations as required
Follow company safety protocols, including the use of PPE

Minimum Qualifications:
National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent to NQF Level 4
Experience:
Prior experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is preferred but not mandatory
Skills and Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift and carry heavy items
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Basic understanding of stock handling and storage practices
