JOB PURPOSE
As a Warehouse Intern, you will be responsible for the data capture, repair, and reporting of our products. You will also participate in refurbishing phones and solar panels.
You will be reporting to the Warehouse Lead.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving returned devices, refurbishing them, and ensuring they are well packaged for further use.
Operating in the Device Operations room, where you will track Samsung devices to maintain a seamless workflow.
Effectively dispatching faulty devices and facilitating swaps to address any operational challenges promptly.
Conducting cycle counts to uphold the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes.
Participating in consumable tracking, contributing to the overall optimization of resource utilization.
Collaborating in monthly stocktaking activities to ensure precision and thoroughness in inventory control.
Adapting to a dynamic work environment by willingly undertaking any additional tasks assigned by your supervisor.

EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS & COMPETENCIES/ LICENCES & CERTIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION REQUIRED
A minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management
A diploma or degree in supply chain or a related field
Preferred experience in technology, with a bias towards smartphones
A dedicated and proactive approach to learning; demonstrated by an openness to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
Well-versed computer knowledge to enhance efficiency and productivity.
