To manage essential stock and loading processes
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee effective stock control, ensuring accuracy and availability of packing materials.
Manage the packing of products, adhering to company and customer specifications.
Lead and manage warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to schedules.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following strict housekeeping standards.
Ensure timely and efficient loading of vehicles, complying with FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles.
Handle all invoicing, documentation, and returns in line with company protocols.
Qualifications and Competencies
Grade 12 qualification.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Assertive and able to make decisions under pressure.
Results-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
