Job Description
The UI Designer will be responsible for crafting high-quality graphics and video content to support marketing and brand objectives. Working collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams, the designer will develop compelling visuals for various media channels including digital platforms, print, and video content. The candidate should be able to manage multiple design projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Design and create graphics for digital and print media such as social media posts, banners, ads, and marketing materials
Edit and produce videos for social media, YouTube, and internal communication
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaign development and execution
Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and uphold a high-quality standard
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
Stay current with industry trends and implement innovative design techniques
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative strategy

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Educational Requirements:
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Expertise in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
Strong visual storytelling and composition skills
Solid understanding of color theory and brand consistency
High attention to detail and quality control
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Capability to work independently and within a hybrid team structure
