Job Description
As a Tutorial / Junior Research Fellow in the Accounting department, your role will include delivering lectures to undergraduate students, preparing teaching materials, assessing student work, and conducting research under the supervision of a Senior Lecturer. You will also be expected to prepare student progress reports and contribute to academic publishing.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Lecturing undergraduate students in the field of Accounting in accordance with the curriculum
Preparing teaching and learning materials
Setting, invigilating, and marking examinations and assignments
Conducting research under the supervision of a Senior Lecturer
Preparing student progress reports
Preparing academic publications and/or textbooks

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field from an accredited and recognized university
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field from an accredited and recognized university
Registered or registerable with a relevant professional body (where applicable)
Must be registerable for a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree qualification
