Data Mining
Acquiring raw data from tracking systems.
Interacting with clients to verify report needs.
Data Analysis
Inspecting and identifying data errors.
Transforming data.
Operate a 24/7 help desk ticketing system, logging all customer issues.
Modelling tables, roots, graphs and trends.
Cleaning and correcting errors.
Customer Service
Proactively check that all fault alerts are up to date and customers are receiving them.
Make a fault-alerting schedule.
Set spot checks.
Schedule updates & test monthly.
Geo-fence all border districts and create entry alerts
Schedule border district entry alerts.
Save & geo-fence POIs of client site in wiatag accounts, for CSO directions, to reduce MTTR.
Schedule preventive maintenance for customers with FLS & Dashcam.
Test Email/SMS/ WA alerts once a month, to ensure they work.
Report Presentation.
Data visualization.
Making reports in word, Power point and excel, power -BI
Prepare analyzed report
Reporting System Errors.
Analyzing the last valid point for all fleet on the tracking systems.
Prepare Monthly Data analyst report.
Fuel reporting
Checking that units and sensors are constantly reporting in real time.
Other responsibilities
Manage and enforce company customer service policy.
Enforce Incident Management Process and Problem Management Process
Managing driver database
Routine Odometer synchronization
KYC – Know Your Customer to understand their needs so to customize client account appropriately.
After Sales Services & Customer Service.
Repeat Sales, Upsells & Cross sells.
User Training & Troubleshooting.
Any other duties as assigned to you by the supervisor and or top Management.
