Job Description

The Technical Requirements Analyst will lead the intake and management of both functional and technical business requirements. They will collaborate with VA leadership, developers, PMO colleagues, and end-users to guide requirements elicitation and refinement activities. Responsibilities include maintaining requirement traceability, ensuring quality assurance, developing queries and reports, managing Jira and Confluence data, supporting defect tracking, and updating documentation. The analyst will also facilitate executive-level virtual meetings and proactively engage with the PMO Support Team to identify improvements and provide solutions to government clients.

  • Lead and manage intake, organization, and refinement of business/technical requirements

  • Conduct requirements elicitation and elaboration with stakeholders

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical/business analysis or requirements management

  • Agile methodology experience

  • Experience as a federal contractor or employee

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • Proficiency in Jira, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), SharePoint, Visio

  • Ability to self-manage and work in a fast-paced, fully remote environment

  • Availability during 8:00am–4:00pm EST


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)

  • Familiarity with SDLC and project management best practices
