Are you passionate about frozen delights and have a knack for sales? Exquisite is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and take the lead in promoting our delectable range of frozen desserts, including ice cream, yogurt, and other cold dairy products
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Exquisite’s frozen dessert products to existing and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the brand in the market
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Devise strategies to find new prospects and sales leads and convert them into customers.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media;
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns;
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services;
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data for decision making and monitoring product movement;
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations;
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections from customers;
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams;
Collect orders through the merchandisers and ensure that they are fulfilled in a timely manner;
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales of Frozen Desserts, specifically in the field of ice cream, yogurt, and other cold dairy products.
Conversant with Rout Sale
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with specialty in Marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
