8-10 years’ technical work experience in a reputable organisation
Minimum 5 years’ management experience in a reputable NGO
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration Accounting) or related field
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance & Accounting
Membership in a professional accounting body (ACCA, CPA)
Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, strategic planning & donor reporting
