Assist lead professors in delivering lectures and conducting tutorial sessions.
Assist lead professors in delivering lectures and conducting tutorial sessions.
Prepare and present supplementary instructional materials to enhance student understanding of complex topics.
Help in organizing and conducting laboratory sessions, including setting up experiments and demonstrating procedures.
Provide academic support to students, including one-on-one tutoring and assistance with coursework.
Offer guidance and mentorship to students on academic and career-related matters.
Assist students in solving mathematical and physics problems, ensuring they grasp key concepts.

A Bachelor's degree in Physics, Mathematics, or a closely related field from a recognized university.
A strong academic record, with a focus on core areas of Physics and/or Mathematics.
Any additional certifications or courses in education, teaching methodologies, or pedagogy would be an advantage.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill vacant position at Muni University. Typed application letters should be submitted in triplicate to the University Secretary, Muni University, P. O. Box 725, Arua, or the Kampala Liaison office in Makerere University Lincoln House A1 to be received not later than Monday 16th, September 2024 at 5:00pm.
The application letter should bear the title of the post and the reference number specified against the vacancy.
Applicants should attach three sets of certified photocopies of their Academic Documents and
Professional Certificates, National Identity Card and three recent passport size photographs, a typed and signed CV, evidence of previous employment (contract document(s), appointment letter(s) and Certificate(s) of Service) and any other relevant documents. Where it is required, applicants for academic positions should attach evidence of publications and graduate research supervision.
The application must include the applicant's telephone contact, e-mail address and telephone numbers of three referees.
An applicant who shall not formally receive communication from the University on completion of the selection exercise should consider him/herself unsuccessful.
