Job Description
The Teacher of English will be responsible for teaching English Language and Literature, primarily at IGCSE and A-levels, in accordance with the Cambridge curriculum. The successful candidate must be able to command respect in the classroom, maintain high academic standards, and organize and plan lessons effectively. The role involves engaging students in meaningful learning experiences, supporting their overall growth, and maintaining strong communication with parents and colleagues. Participation in school life and extracurricular activities is expected, with a demonstrated commitment to pupil welfare, safeguarding, and the school’s values.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Teach English to students at IGCSE and Cambridge A Level.
Plan and deliver engaging, effective, and high-quality lessons.
Monitor and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
