Ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of onshore resources as a part of Logistics projects execution.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Logistics Operation
Participate in the setup of the project logistics
organization for the project including, mobilization, site preparation, different facilities construction, and upgrades.
Ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of onshore resources as a part of Logistics projects execution. If timely delivery is not possible, propose a temporary solution, considering the recommendations and needs of internal customers
Preparation of SOW, technical evaluations of bidders during the call for tender process, definition of contractual strategies and the production of CFT and invitations to tender up to contract award and follow up on Contractors services and performances to ensure the proper implementation of contracts with due consideration for local content for participation in tenders
Planning and coordination of all other services required to support Tilenga Project operations like fuel availability, bed space availability, waste collection and construction water availability, vehicles and drivers and interface with field teams and service companies to ensure they are adequate.
Interface with Regulators and other Government Agencies to respond to inquiries or clarifications on Logistics related matters including but not limited to National Content Implementation, Strategy definition, Exemption of Customs and import duties
Schedule and conduct audits of different activities including Service Quality Meetings of various contracts under responsibility
Lead and participate in recruitment of Logistics staff taking due account of the required compliance and geographical location.
Budget preparation, presentation and Forecast closure sessions (PDC02-PDC05-PDC09) and annual budget
Preparation for both JV Partners and Government (PAU)
HSE
Ensure and promote compliance with all relevant Statutory and Company HSE standards in all logistics activities, participate in the risks analysis and emergency plans, initiate and supervise management of change procedures and conduct regular HSE briefings / meetings / inspections (internal, with contractors, with personnel on site, and follow-up the corrective actions accordingly).
Provide support in any emergency or incident, participate in the definition and the operations of the MEDEVAC, BOCP, OSRP and ensures that all required bridging documents are in place and validated.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years' experience in Operations and Logistics support to Oil and Gas operations at management level with knowledge of logistics engineering studies and project Logistics Management in a very busy, demanding, and complex environment.

Knowledge and experience in ERP systems including SAP and database management including MS access, word, project, excel and other HQ/LSD tools.
