About the Role
Harley’s Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic Uganda team. This role is critical in ensuring efficient supply chain operations—from procurement to product delivery—supporting seamless business operations and customer satisfaction across Uganda and the region.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Inventory & Order Management
Manage supplier orders aligned with approved forecasts.
Track inventory movement and maintain optimal stock levels.
Ensure timely goods delivery across all business units.
Forecasting & Reporting
Generate and share accurate inventory and order tracking reports.
Support demand planning with sales trend data and stock analysis.
Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Business Units.
Liaise with external partners, including suppliers, clearing agents, and regulatory bodies (NDA, URA, UNBS).
Procurement & Logistics
Oversee end-to-end procurement processes and optimize logistics.
Maintain accurate procurement documentation (POs, GRNs, delivery notes).
Monitor supplier performance and compliance.
Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, procurement policies, and national regulations.
Support audit and quality assurance processes as needed.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or Business.
Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, KISM, APICS) is an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or medical distribution.
Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and inventory tracking tools.
Familiarity with Ugandan import regulations and supplier compliance standards.
Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
High integrity and commitment to ethical practices.
Experience in healthcare operations is a plus.
