Job Description
The Subject Teachers will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction at primary school level. They will support learners in achieving academic excellence, maintain a positive classroom environment, and contribute to the overall development of students through structured teaching, assessment, and guidance.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons in assigned subjects at primary level
- Prepare teaching materials and assessments
- Monitor and evaluate student performance and progress
- Maintain classroom discipline and a conducive learning environment
- Support students’ academic and personal development
- Participate in school meetings, activities, and co-curricular programs
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and academic performance
