Job Title: Structural Concrete Works Superintendent
Organisation: Mota-Engil Africa
Duty Station: Buliisa, Uganda
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Carry out inspections to assess their structural quality
Evaluate and check drawings and sketches
Monitor Material Quality
Ensure workplace safety is practised
Supervision of workers to obtain top quality and efficiency
Assist and Train Team members
Monitor material quality, inspect & troubleshoot materials.
Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Higher National Diploma in civil engineering or Certificate/training in a related field with 5 years of experience in a related role.
12 years of proven work experience with advanced knowledge of construction operations and equipment.
Advanced Knowledge in concrete and structural works.
Advanced knowledge in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, plans and sketches.
Availability to work in multicultural environments and in different geographic areas.
