Counseling and Support: Social workers provide counseling, emotional support, and guidance to clients facing various challenges such as mental health issues, substance abuse, domestic violence, or life transitions.
They help clients develop coping strategies, improve problem-solving skills, and access resources to address their needs
Assessment: Social workers assess the needs and circumstances of individuals, families, or communities to determine the appropriate interventions and support services. This may involve conducting interviews, reviewing records, and administering assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and risk factors.
Counseling and Support: Social workers provide counseling, emotional support, and guidance to clients facing various challenges such as mental health issues, substance abuse, domestic violence, or life transitions. They help clients develop coping strategies, improve problem-solving skills, and access resources to address their needs.
Advocacy: Social workers advocate on behalf of their clients to ensure they receive appropriate services, resources, and support. A bachelor’s degree in social work,social sciences or related field
Atleast 2 years of working experience in community development initiatives
Familiar with Microsoft office (word,ppt, excel)
Proven organizational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
