Job Description
The Social Media Manager will be in charge of designing and executing the company’s social media strategy in alignment with overall business goals. This includes creating engaging content, monitoring audience behavior, improving SEO, and fostering customer interaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and staying updated with the latest digital tools, technologies, and trends.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Research and analyze current trends and audience preferences
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives
Create, edit, and share engaging content across platforms (e.g. text, photos, videos, news)
Monitor SEO performance and web traffic analytics
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to maintain brand consistency
Engage with followers, respond promptly to inquiries, and monitor customer reviews
Manage and design visual aspects of social media accounts (e.g. covers, profile pictures, blog layouts)
Propose and implement new initiatives such as promotions and competitions to boost brand awareness
Stay current with trends, tools, and technologies relevant to social media marketing

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) in a relevant field
6 – 10 years of proven experience in social media management
Strong understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and digital marketing metrics
Proficient in content creation, editing tools, and design applications
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
