Job Description
The Social Media Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to produce high-quality graphic content for LinkedIn primarily, as well as Twitter/X and Instagram. The designer will be responsible for crafting infographics, ebooks, diagrams, and editing photos, ensuring brand consistency and visual storytelling that translates data-heavy topics into captivating designs. The role demands keeping up with current design trends, bringing creative ideas to enhance the brand, and suggesting improvements in tools and workflows to boost production quality and efficiency.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Design high-quality social media content such as infographics, ebooks, carousels, and diagrams
Edit and composite photos for enhanced visual impact
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop innovative design ideas and formats
Stay updated on current LinkedIn and social media graphic design trends
Ensure all content adheres to Spiralyze’s brand guidelines including color, typography, and tone
Translate complex data and digital marketing topics into engaging visual stories
Propose and implement process improvements to enhance workflow and output quality
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience, ideally within marketing, tech, or SaaS industries
Expert proficiency in graphic design software such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Basic knowledge or strong interest in digital marketing concepts, especially A/B testing and CRO
Strong creative skills with the ability to produce fresh and engaging content
Awareness of current social media and design trends, with openness to experimentation
Excellent written communication skills for collaboration with the US-based team
Availability to overlap 2 hours daily with US Eastern Standard Time (typically 8-10 AM EST)
