Job Description

Job Title:  SME & Retail Sales Agents (Several Fresher Jobs)

The SME & Retail Sales Agent will be responsible for driving sales and promoting products/services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and retail customers. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills, an understanding of customer needs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:

    • Identify, prospect, and acquire new SME and retail clients to expand the customer base.

    • Promote and sell products/services tailored to meet the specific needs of SMEs and retail customers.

    • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team sales goals.

    • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to close sales effectively.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

    • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

    • Provide after-sales support and follow up with clients to ensure product satisfaction and resolve any issues.

  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors' offerings.

    • Gather and report customer feedback to management to improve product/service offerings.

  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Complete sales paperwork, contracts, and reports in a timely and accurate manner.

    • Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns targeting SMEs and retail customers.

    • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., customer support, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
