Job Description
As an SME in Solution and Client Journey Design & Delivery, you will be instrumental in identifying and transforming key touchpoints of the client journey through end-to-end redesign and solution implementation. You will gather qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product and service design, and you will collaborate across multiple teams to ensure integration of customer-focused strategies. This role also includes the deployment and monitoring of redesigned journeys, measuring outcomes, and continuously refining solutions to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Gather and analyze client feedback and data to identify pain points in the client journey
Redesign and optimize end-to-end client experiences based on insights
Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications
Deploy and monitor client journey improvements
Measure outcomes and success metrics to evaluate client satisfaction and business impact
Collaborate with internal teams including IT, product, and operations for solution delivery
Ensure alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives and compliance requirements
Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and agile methodologies
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Educational Requirements:
First Degree in Business Commerce or Information Technology
Experience Required:
5 to 7 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical and customer-focused solutions
Proven experience managing products and people
Strong understanding of bank products, systems, and processes
Ability to manage an income statement and lead cross-functional project teams
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
