We are searching for a responsible Service center advisor to assist the Service Center Manager in overall management of the service center through dual control implementation and daily operations.
Driver excellent customer service in service center
Assist the Service Center Manager in overall management of the service center through dual control implementation and daily operations
Handle customer problems, complaints and queries.
Educate customers on products and services
Escalate customer issues when needed
Support companywide business initiatives at the Branch
Ensure Service Standards are maintained at all times according to the blue print
Supervise third party teams
Support the SC Manager in operational activities in the store.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reports
Manage manpower resources at the cluster with SCOM
Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years in a service environment
Degree in Business related course
Social science or related field.

Good problem-solving skills
Pays attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills
Capability and willingness to take responsibility
