Job Description

Working in a hybrid setup, the Senior Retail Personnel will lead the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle: market development, prospecting, discovery and needs assessment, solution positioning, proposal development with technical teams, negotiations, and closure. The role maintains a qualified pipeline, provides accurate forecasts, steers account management for long-term satisfaction, and represents the company at industry events. Success requires deep understanding of cybersecurity offerings, risk and compliance frameworks, and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 5+ years’ proven B2B sales experience, preferably in IT/cybersecurity/technology consulting.

  • Strong grasp of cybersecurity solutions, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Consistent record of exceeding sales targets; strong cross-industry corporate network (preferred).

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, resilient, and comfortable under pressure.

  • Leadership experience mentoring/managing sales teams.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, sales certifications) are an advantage.
