Job Description
Working in a hybrid setup, the Senior Retail Personnel will lead the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle: market development, prospecting, discovery and needs assessment, solution positioning, proposal development with technical teams, negotiations, and closure. The role maintains a qualified pipeline, provides accurate forecasts, steers account management for long-term satisfaction, and represents the company at industry events. Success requires deep understanding of cybersecurity offerings, risk and compliance frameworks, and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Drive sales of cybersecurity and consultancy services to meet business objectives.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve targets and sustain revenue growth.
Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers across industries.
Conduct client needs assessments and present tailored security solutions.
Collaborate with technical consultants on proposals, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
Lead contract negotiations to secure profitable, sustainable deals.
Maintain a qualified pipeline and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
Represent IAL at events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Mentor and guide junior sales staff; oversee account management for retention and upsell.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years’ proven B2B sales experience, preferably in IT/cybersecurity/technology consulting.
Strong grasp of cybersecurity solutions, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Consistent record of exceeding sales targets; strong cross-industry corporate network (preferred).
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
Self-motivated, results-driven, resilient, and comfortable under pressure.
Leadership experience mentoring/managing sales teams.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, sales certifications) are an advantage.
