Senior IT Auditor job at Centenary Bank
Centenary Bank
Responsible for planning, implementing, and reporting on assigned IT audit engagements in accordance with the annual audit plan and manual and provide advice to improve the existing ICT risk management practices within the bank.
The Senior IT Auditor is responsible for conducting independent and objective audits of the bank's information systems, processes and controls. The main duties include:
Planning and performing IT audits in accordance with the bank's audit methodology and standards
Evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of IT governance, risk management and internal controls
Identifying and reporting on IT risks, issues and recommendations for improvement
Communicating audit results and findings to senior management and audit committee
Following up on the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions

The qualifications for the Senior IT Auditor position are:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, accounting or related field
Professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, CISM or CRISC
At least five years of experience in IT auditing, preferably in the banking sector
Knowledge of IT frameworks, standards and best practices such as COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST and ITIL
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
