• Promote systems-thinking across operational and business continuity contexts.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

• Build trusted stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.

• Translate business needs into structured, understandable formats for all audiences.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate scope, priorities, and changes.

• Represent business analysis in cross-functional client forums.

• Handle conflicting viewpoints using negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

• Present structured walkthroughs and feedback sessions effectively.

• Support junior analysts in communication and documentation.

Collaboration and Implementation Support:

• Participate in multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and documentation updates.

• Represent client needs throughout the SDLC.

• Support development and QA teams during solution implementation.

New Initiative Scoping and Analysis:

• Support management in developing business solution proposals.

• Identify business opportunities in current client operations.
