Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service.
Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
Sales Growth:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
Tender Process Management:
Oversee the entire tendering process, from identifying tender opportunities to preparing and submitting bids.
Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and deadlines.
Collaborate with relevant teams to gather necessary information and create compelling tender submissions.
Supervision:
Supervise the Office Management Attendant to ensure smooth daily operations and effective administrative support.

Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in any Business course
Proven 2 years’ experience in sales, with a track record of maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets in either estate management or furniture business.
Competencies:
Very good interpersonal skills
In-depth understanding of the tendering process, including experience in preparing and submitting bids.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
