Job Description

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for driving sales performance, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company. This position will involve coordinating with internal teams, conducting market and competitor analysis, implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets through proactive client engagement and deal closure.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans

  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align goals and strategies

  • Gather market intelligence and analyze competitors’ activities

  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting

  • Organize and conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations

  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
