Job Description
The Sales Representatives will be responsible for driving sales through customer engagement, market research, and effective communication of the benefits of our insurance products. They will be expected to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and adhere to industry regulations. Additionally, they will participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed set sales targets through effective promotion of insurance products and services.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s insurance products to effectively communicate their benefits.
Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Networking: Attend industry events, networking functions, and community activities to promote the company’s products.
Training: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Compliance: Adhere to industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Educational Qualifications:
Associate Degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
No prior experience required, but previous experience in sales or marketing is an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
Self-driven and highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for building a career in the insurance industry.
Strong customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
