Job Description
Our client, a reputable company in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector with operations in Kenya and overseas, seeks experienced and driven Sales Representatives. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the successful candidates will be tasked with executing sales and marketing strategies, ensuring product availability and visibility, managing client relationships, and contributing to market intelligence and brand development.

How to Apply
Achieve volume and brand mix targets within the assigned territory
Ensure optimal availability, visibility, and pricing of products
Maintain updated customer database and manage stock rotation

Support the Area Sales Manager with marketing system improvement suggestions
Identify and mitigate commercial risks
Perform other related duties as assigned

Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business-related field (Mandatory)
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business-related field (an added advantage)
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in FMCG sales
Proficiency in computer applications
Solid knowledge of FMCG brands and markets
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
Good oral and written reporting abilities
Valid driving license with practical driving experience
