Job Description
As a Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, helping them select mobile phones and accessories suited to their needs and budget. You will provide detailed product information, handle transactions via POS and M-Pesa, and maintain a clean and organized retail space. This role also involves participating in promotions, handling after-sales support including complaints and warranty claims, and maintaining stock levels through regular checks. Your goal is to ensure high customer satisfaction and consistently meet sales targets.

How to Apply
Greet and guide walk-in customers through product selection.
Explain product features such as RAM, camera quality, battery life, and OS compatibility.
Process sales via POS and M-Pesa systems, ensuring accurate receipts.
Maintain clean, well-stocked, and attractively arranged display shelves.
Keep up-to-date with new product launches and market price trends.
Upsell accessories including chargers, screen protectors, earphones, and cases.
Handle returns and warranty claims professionally; escalate complex issues.
Support inventory management through daily stock checks and reports.
Track inquiries, walk-ins, and sales conversions.
Take part in in-store marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Maintain personal grooming and professional conduct at all times.
Continuously improve product knowledge and service delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:
Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience & Skills:
2–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in mobile phone or electronics stores in Nairobi CBD or malls.
Good knowledge of brands like Samsung, Apple, Tecno, Infinix, Vivo, Oppo, and Xiaomi.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
Proficient in POS systems, M-Pesa transactions, and daily sales reconciliation.
Presentable, courteous, energetic, and goal-driven.
Able to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Honest, reliable, and with solid references from previous employers.
