Job Description
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and online clients. The successful candidate will conduct product demonstrations, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maximize sales opportunities.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the company's baby product range.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales promotions and campaigns.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
