As a Sales Executive at Hariss International Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving product sales to achieve company objectives. You will play a key role in promoting the company’s products and ensuring consistent market presence while contributing to overall business growth.
Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify customer needs and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction and drive sales.
Conduct regular visits to clients, ensuring timely feedback and after-sales support.Market Development:Identify new markets and sales opportunities to increase product penetration.
Conduct market research to understand customer demands and competitor activities.
Gather customer insights and feedback to support product development and market positioning.Product Promotion and Branding:Promote the company’s products by conducting presentations, product demonstrations, and marketing activities.
Increase brand visibility through effective merchandising and display setups at client premises.Sales Reporting and Analysis:Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, including sales volume, customer insights, and revenue projections.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Team Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing, distribution, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and availability of products.
Participate in team meetings to share sales experiences, strategies, and insights.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements in all sales activities.
Maintain accurate records of all client transactions, contracts, and interactions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and manage client relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Personal Attributes:Self-motivated, with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Results-driven, with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
