Job Description
The Sales Executives will be responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies, maintaining customer relationships, supporting digital marketing campaigns, generating leads, and closing sales. The role includes coordinating with internal teams, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates must possess excellent presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills and have experience in managing the full sales cycle in a competitive business environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Participate in planning and executing sales and promotional activities
Manage social media platforms and implement digital marketing strategies
Maintain a strong digital presence to improve service visibility and conversion
Conduct regular customer visits and support client relationships
Retain existing clients and establish new customer bases
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, finance, technical, and logistics teams
Prepare and submit daily sales reports and activity logs
Conduct market research, generate leads, and draft proposals
Negotiate terms with clients and ensure effective service delivery
Maintain detailed client profiles to meet current and future needs
Prepare accurate quotations and process invoices promptly
Monitor stock levels and follow up on payments from credit customers
Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally
Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales-related role, preferably in the hospitality sector
Key Competencies:
Excellent sales, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Good commercial awareness and business acumen
High integrity and ability to manage client expectations
Effective verbal and written communication skills
