Job Description

Stre@mline Health Tech Company Ltd is a fast-growing health tech company that ensures underserved communities access quality and affordable healthcare. Through our products: Stre@mline EMR, Ubuntu, and SNAP, we are changing how caregivers provide healthcare.

Stre@mline has reached the stage where we wish to accelerate growth. To do this, we need the very best Sales director to lead and drive this growth rapidly. We are looking for someone with experience in consultative selling at the highest level and already achieved demonstratable success. In return, the Sales director will have the opportunity to share in the success of Stre@mline and earn substantial rewards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • You will lead and develop the sales team to be the best in the industry.

  • You will be involved in client acquisition, activation, revenue generation, and achieving referrals.

  • Achieve annual, monthly, and quarterly sales targets [as defined on an annual basis]

  • Identify methods to promote and accelerate the achievement of sales goals in the country.

  • Penetrate assigned accounts, including new business, renewals, and upsells.

  • Directly manage ongoing relationships with enterprise accounts in the region, as appropriate

  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements.

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients sufficient to exceed annual sales goals.

  • Work collaboratively with our Customer Success team to ensure successful new client onboarding along with a white glove level of support.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients' ongoing success and satisfaction.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • You are already at the top of your profession.

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales preferably in the health sector

  • You have a proactive mentality with superior follow-up skills.

  • You have a strong technical aptitude to pitch our technically advanced platform.

  • You have experience with consultative sales processes.

  • Strong experience selling solutions.

  • Superior attention to detail & communication skills

  • A proactive roll-up-your-sleeves mindset

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • A positive & collaborative attitude

  • Degree in Business Computing, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, and related courses is an added advantage.


Reward for performance:

  • You will be paid a monthly salary. However, your substantial awards will be earned through the successful performance of you and your team via a generous commission plan as you lead the growth of Stre@mline.

  • You will undergo 1 month of training at the Stre@mline office in Kampala (or remotely) to master the Stre@mline products and our sales processes. Thereafter, you will be commissioned to lead successful sales.

  • This role is full-time.

  • We accept applications on a rolling basis and provide feedback to each candidate when applications have been reviewed.


Reporting:

  • You will report to the CEO.
