Job Title:  Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the hospitality sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the hospitality sector.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.

Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the hospitality industry.

  • Develop customized sales proposals and present them to prospective clients.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Research and Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences in the hospitality sector.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing brand visibility.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

  • Analyze sales data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Coordination and Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Participate in team meetings and provide insights for improving sales strategies.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of the hospitality sector and its unique sales dynamics.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
