Job Title: Sales Account Executive

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the hospitality sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the hospitality sector.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Sales and Business Development
Identify and target new business opportunities within the hospitality industry.
Develop customized sales proposals and present them to prospective clients.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research and Strategy
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences in the hospitality sector.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing brand visibility.
Reporting and Analysis
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Analyze sales data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Coordination and Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in team meetings and provide insights for improving sales strategies.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Strong understanding of the hospitality sector and its unique sales dynamics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
