Job Description
As the Restaurant Manager, you will take full ownership of restaurant operations, including strategic planning, team supervision, financial management, and ensuring a top-tier dining experience. You will play a key role in optimizing restaurant efficiency and building long-term customer relationships.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to meet business goals, including revenue and customer service targets.
Supervise and mentor the restaurant team to foster a culture of professionalism and collaboration.
Oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory management, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor and manage the restaurant’s financial performance, including budget planning, cost control, and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
Work closely with cost/stock and purchasing controllers to ensure efficient resource utilization.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
