How to Apply
Reconcile unmatched deposits using electronic remittance advices, credit card, and paper documentation.
Research and apply unapplied payments and denials using internal tools and external communications.
Apply unidentified cash to the correct invoice to maintain accurate records.
Process payment denials to expedite future collections and appeals.
Identify and report discrepancies that require refund or recoupment actions.
Research and validate refund requests and recoupments for compliance with contracts and regulations.
Post adjustments and recoveries based on internal policy.
Maintain compliance with standard cash business protocols.
Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Education & Experience:
High school diploma required.
At least one year of relevant experience required.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
High level of personal effectiveness and credibility
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Accurate data entry and calculator use
Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Basic mathematical skills
Other Requirements:
Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, lifting, and repetitive movements
Occasional travel may be required
