The Relationship Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers of Letshego, a leading financial services provider in Africa.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Growth
Monitoring and managing portfolio
Building customer relationship
Recovery of defaulted loans
Identifying and acquiring new customers through referrals, networking and direct sales
Providing financial solutions to customers based on their needs and goals
Conducting regular follow-ups and visits to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback and market trends to improve service delivery
Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance, risk management and operational efficiency

Qualifications
The applicant must hold a University degree preferably in Business related discipline.
Relevant professional qualifications in Microfinance, Banking or Finance.
Relevant credit experience is an added advantage.
Sound understanding of Credit risk management and customer service.
Knowledge of the core banking system.
