Qualifications, Education and Competencies
We are seeking to hire competent Regional Sales Representatives in the East, North, West and Central areas to champion Haco brands within their regions.
Reporting to the Country Sales Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the achievement of set regional targets by effective recruitment, supervision & management of wholesalers, and leadership of the Distributor Sales Reps. The role holder will also be responsible for new business development by prospecting, qualifying, and increasing distribution width and depth through route/Van selling in their area of jurisdiction.

Responsibilities
Route to market - Recruit and manage all the trading outlets within their markets.
Distribution management - Train, develop and Manage Distributor Sales Reps (DSRs), Analyze and understand regional performance and Ensure effective execution of sales programs.
Territory Management - Plan and implement route selling for all the DSRs.
Relationship Management - start, build, and sustain strong relationships with all the stakeholders within the region of operation.
Sales Management - Ensure effective execution of sales programs and Preparation of sales performance reports. Selling Aids Management - Daily utilization of the assigned SFA to drive market penetration.
Market Intelligence - constantly monitor the competitors' activity and in liaison with the leadership develop tactical plans to ensure sustained growth.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or any business related field.
2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Sound knowledge & understanding of retail sales and working with wholesalers.
Good Presentation and Communication Skills.
Proficient in various computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Data Analysis Skills.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and written.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in tasks.
Must have a valid and clean driving permit
Certificate of good Conduct
