Duties and Responsibilities

Recruiting, training, and coaching sales representatives
Setting sales targets and budgets for each sales representative and region
Evaluating sales data and preparing reports for senior management
Providing feedback and guidance to sales representatives on how to improve their skills and results
Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining relationships with key clients and partners in the region
Identifying new market opportunities and potential customers
Conducting market research and competitor analysis
Organizing and attending sales events, trade shows, and conferences
