Responsibilities

The role holder will be responsible for conceiving, developing and implementing the company’s regional strategy to deliver on customer additions and revenue numbers, maximized revenue growth of all company products and services. Manage and support Airtel distributors and staff within the designated region by coordinating all planned segments and interdepartmental activities to grow market share and enhance achievement of Airtel’ s overall business objectives for the region.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and monitor Regional AOP/ budgets in line with company strategy.
  • Participate and contribute to the bottom -up AOP process.
  • Track Operational lines and take actions to keep on budget.
  • Constantly review and monitor opco P&L in relation to zone-specific contribution.
  • Grow company Share of Gross Add, Revenue Market Share and Customer Market Share within the Region as shall be projected by the Annual Operational Plan numbers.
  • Management and coordination of Regional Marcom activities.
  • Tracking of Regional Network KPIs on service delivery and site productivity.
  • Come up with strategies to address all Low revenue sites in the region and ensure they optimally deliver as required by the business.
  • Manage and coordinate company initiatives and projects within the region.
  • Drive desired customer experience in all Airtel Experience centers/ touch points in the region.
  • Manage and grow teams.
  • Utilize market research and effective competitor analysis to develop and implement sales plan/strategies that will give Airtel an edge over completion.
  • Develop strategies to drive site wise performance on gross adds, E-recharge and Airtel Money within the region.
