Job Title: Receptionist (Fresher Jobs)

The receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. The role holder will handle a variety of administrative duties and ensure the smooth operation of the front desk area.

How to Apply
Greeting Visitors: Welcome and check-in visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring they are directed to the correct department or person.
Answering Calls: Manage incoming phone calls, redirecting inquiries to appropriate departments or personnel.
Scheduling Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and other events, as needed.
Managing Mail: Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail.
Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of visitors, clients, and communications.
Customer Service: Address and resolve customer or visitor inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
Office Supplies: Monitor and maintain office supplies, ordering new supplies when necessary.
Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, and organizing paperwork.
Maintaining Reception Area: Keep the front desk and waiting area neat, tidy, and organized at all times.
Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient office operations.
The applicant should be a graduate
Skills: 01 year experience, MS Office.
Typing Speed (30 wpm) etc.
