Sokoni Africa Limited is currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Reception Night Auditor to join our team. As a Reception Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our front desk during the night shift, as well as performing night audit duties to maintain accurate financial records.
Greet and check-in guests during the night shift, providing exceptional customer service
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions, balancing accounts, and generating reports
Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
Ensure the security and safety of the premises during the night shift
Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, taking reservations, and managing guest inquiries
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work well independently and in a team
Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Availability to work during night shifts and weekends
