Job Description
The successful candidate will collaborate with field teams, perform audits across the retail network, and ensure the integrity and accuracy of quality management data. They will contribute to the development and enhancement of quality processes, identify improvement areas, and support project communications. The role involves ensuring that stakeholders understand project goals and outcomes, and it also requires regular communication with the manager on schedules and expectations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Liaise with Merchandisers and Field Marketers nationwide to collect audit data
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Analyze and report on compliance findings, and propose practical solutions
Identify areas for improvement and propose detailed enhancements to current audits
Maintain and implement effective measurement processes in line with business standards
Investigate and suggest improvements to identified processes
Assist in project execution and ensure all stakeholders are aware of project outcomes
Communicate process improvements and steps to relevant teams
Manage work schedules and maintain regular meetings with supervisors
Handle correspondence, emails, and project administration
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
Relevant Degree or Diploma (NQF Level 5)
Minimum Experience:
2–3 years’ experience in the retail business, particularly in quality audit management
Experience in managing quality audit issues
Project administration experience is an added advantage
Valid Code 08 driver’s license
Competencies and Skills:
Attention to detail
Effective communication (verbal and written)
Strong technology and computer literacy
Report writing and administration skills
Knowledge of process and project management
