Job Description
Based in Tatu City, the Quality Control Operator will inspect raw materials, verify part numbers, quantities, and packaging conditions, and perform first article inspections before mass production. The role includes monitoring work-in-progress (WIP), conducting final inspections using AQL standards, and documenting all findings in quality control reports. The operator will also identify potential process improvements, uphold ISO quality management standards, and ensure adherence to Sun King’s compliance and performance requirements. Success in the role requires technical accuracy, time management, teamwork, and integrity.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Inspect incoming materials for accuracy (part number, quantity, package condition).
Perform first article inspections before mass production begins.
Monitor WIP (Work in Process) to ensure compliance with acceptance standards.
Inspect finished goods against AQL levels to ensure product quality.
Prepare and submit IQC (Incoming), IPQC (In Process), and OQC (Outgoing) reports to supervisors.
Suggest and support improvements to quality control processes.
Uphold quality compliance standards across production stages.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in inspecting electronic products.
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of ISO 9001 or related quality management systems (advantage).
Computer literacy (MS Office) is an added advantage.
Strong teamwork and time management skills.
High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to follow processes accurately and consistently.
