Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer
Organization: EarthEnable Uganda
Duty Station: Jinja, Uganda
The Quality Assurance Officer will ensure that EarthEnable’s products and services meet the highest quality standards. This role involves monitoring production processes, inspecting products, and implementing quality control measures. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and experience in quality assurance.

How to Apply
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
Identify and address any quality issues or defects in products.
Collaborate with production teams to improve processes and resolve quality-related problems.
Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of quality issues identified and resolved.
Compliance with quality standards.
Efficiency of quality control procedures.
Feedback from production teams on quality improvements.
Accuracy and completeness of quality records.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Audit, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Previous experience in an audit, quality assurance or control role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
Strong attention to details with problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience with quality management systems.
Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards.
Prior experience in training staff on quality assurance practices.
